The realization has hit me that although I own all the materials to live like a grownup: E.G.

...............I live like I'm at a picnic 75% of the time:

Not cool. SO Im going to treat myself better...and if any of you are out there. ( I KNOW YOU ARE OUT THERE IM NOT ALONE).. living this way when you don't have to...Going into HomeGoods and buying the fancy plate sets then letting them sit in the corner cabinet while you continuously use the plain white chipped everyday sets from IKEA....

For the love of dishwashers ; lets do it up right. Lets live like grownups!! Because eating take out on a paper plate... in front of the tv when you work 50+ hours a week is not Fair to your hard earned Money!

Here's your grown up checklist;

• Get some spa quality matching fluffy towels that haven't been ravaged by getting stuck in some section of the dryer that rips the edge of towels!...I think they make that as a standard feature in all dryers by the way.. Mystery Blade Included- read the fine print!
• Don't settle for threadcounts under 800!! Egyptian Cotton people... THREAD COUNT MATTERSS! You Deserve to slide off the bed static free in the morning!
• Eat Real Food.. Like Real- FRESH- I recognize its original form FOOD! Like- I can tell you at least all the main ingredients in the Dish FOOD!
• Wine- its good for your heart AND your tolerance level. Wine-o-Clock it up!
• Party- Have Grown Ups OVER your house! Tell them bring their kids... set up a playroom somewhere..and break out that entertainment ware! Otherwise...whats the point of having napkin rings and that service for 8 you got at your wedding?!
• Eat at the table.. at least once a week.. I know its hard... but if you notice.. we put our Kids at their little tables or highchairs and bars to eat.. while we trough it out on the couch. That's not fair to US! Our kids are living better lifestyles than we are... think about it. and on our dime too. 
• Adore your Decor: Whats the point of coming home if everywhere you turn there's not something you love looking back at you? Make your home your own and love where you live, whether it be temporary or not. Invest in you.
• Finally: YOUR TIME: Make sure you get some time for yourself.. whether its your Sunday facial time/ your walk in the park- read a book time/ your get your nails done time... lets take time to regenerate!

I'm inspired to live a better quality life... and I hope you think about it and try it out too.

Glamours 30 by 30! and here I was trying to lose weight....

They were talking about this on the Elvis Duran show this morning... and like all the good topics I had to run into work before they reported on this... so I googled it.. found it.and checked up on myself.. Cause I wanna make sure I'm on track dammit! Its a pretty decent list and didn't make me feel nearly as bad as the one with the 30 places you should have gone by the time you were 30...cause that list is BS ( and it's not because I don't even have 7 pins.. thats NOT it. #hater)

Where do you stand with the list?

I need my community.. I miss my randomites!

I'd stopped blogging for a while because I lost my mojo..and checking around for my faves made me realize alot of us go through the same thing.. then (hopefully) come back refreshed ... less focused on the 'business' side of blogging and more focused on whats really going on.

I started blogging because I missed NY .. .was feeling lonely even in a crowd and  just needed somewhere to vent and some direction. Within that (almost)year of blogging, I lost almost 30lbs, rode over 2000 miles in pursuit of my goal of riding 50 miles, I made/deepened friendships, got a new job,  took part in challenges and was overall a more fit, focused and fun to be around person. I was a better wife, mother, friend & sister for blogging. Blogging in a roundabout way gives me the motivation to try harder and push harder than I do in my day to day.

Because lets be real.. I'm freakin 30... the only place to meet friends/interract with people who aren't family is where? (Crickets) No Where...Yeaaaah think about that. 

Not blogging... I've fallen back into my couch potato ways and have the five-ten lbs, depending on the week, to prove it.

So I'm back... and I'm back because I know I need a community of supporters, whether I know you personally or get to know you via your blog, or because your a reader or a stalker of mine.. its all good. Lets get to know each other again.

Here's whats new with me:

Last we spoke... you know I have a new job (still loving it), you know E is in her terrible two's (still loving her), Im still married (awkward pause....................................................................................................... HA JK I'm still loving him.).

NOW- Im moving again. One county over from Dade to Broward and I'm very happy. Why move? Because Ive wanted to be closer to my extended family for a long time... and my lease is up and I convinced my parents to move too so we are doing it...

and if you know my you know I'm excited about .............DECORATING! I'm determined to make this home look and feel more like ME. and after Pinterest-ing like crazy I think I figured out my style.

I'm in baby heaven with 3 little angels born within my family in the last two months...
and I'm getting back on track with my weightloss.. even though I had Taco Bell for lunch.
and I'm currently drinking a red bull... WHAT? its Sugar Free!
